Phase 1: Discover
We start off by finding out the who, what, where, why, and how of your project and learners’ needs.
Phase 2: Design/Develop/Test
Here we create all the components that make up your project. We use an iterative approach: building, reviewing, and revising. This includes multiple checks for accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and functionality.
Phase 3: Deliver
In the final phase, we deliver the completed project and ask how everything went. We’ll debrief on how we did to find ways to improve for next time.
