Course Withdrawal & Refund Policy
If you have not yet written the exam, you are eligible for a full refund. Once you have written the exam, no refund is available.
To request a refund, forward your electronic receipt to our customer service department.
Extensions
Extensions are only provided for extenuating circumstances, such as death in the family or hospitalization. Contact us before your course end date to explain your need for an extension.
